Check-in & Check-out:
After 3pm on arrival day, before 11am on departure day. If you expect to arrive after 6pm, please notify us in advance. If you require a later check-out, please inquire about possibilities at the reception desk. For late check-outs prior to 3pm we charge 50% of the daily room rate, while you will be billed 100% of the daily rate after 3pm.
Additional Information:
A 3rd adult in a room with two full-paying guests receives a 20% discount. Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room or suite: 50%. Short-stay surcharge for stays up to 3 nights: Euro 10 per person and day. Discount for room with breakfast only: Euro 10 per person and day. Room Service: Euro 4.

You have the following options for payment of your hotel bill: Visa, MasterCard, EC-Card, cash or bank transfer in advance (net hotel ). Please be aware that, though it is possible to book a certain room category, specific rooms or floors cannot be reserved. We are unable to reimburse you for any meals you do not consume. We are not liable for any accidents for which you are to blame, damage caused in the parking garage, damage or loss of personal property
Clothing: Dress however you feel comfortable. Of course, the right clothing might well make our theme nights even more beautiful.
Cancellations: In general, reservation cancellations are only accepted in writing. Prior to 3 months before arrival, there are no cancellation penalties. Less than 3 months prior to arrival, we will charge you for 3 days. Less than 1 month prior to your scheduled arrival, or in the event of premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you 70% of the total amount for your stay.
Cancellation insurance: Hotel Cancellation Plus: You have the option of taking our holiday cancellation insurance. All of your cancellation costs are covered in the event of accidents, illness or death involving the insuree, their children, siblings, parents or grandparents. Your booking is subject to Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions published by the Austrian Association of Hoteliers as of 23 Sept. 1981.
Special Service: Ski passes valid for up to 7 days are available at the hotel reception. One of the great advantages of staying at the Alpenhof is the fact that the lifts are located right by the hotel, giving you easy access to the exciting mountain world of the Ski Amadé!
Ski School: Also located close to the hotel is the Balla ski school. It offers snowboard, carving and children's ski instruction.
Seminars in the Mountains
The relaxed, quiet atmosphere of our ****hotel provides an ideal setting for successful seminars, meetings und workshops. Zauchensee is also home to several state-of-the-art seminar facilities where you can host from 20 to 500 people.
