So that we don't have to bore you (and us) with the small print, we have put together the most important information about the Alpenhof:

Check-in & Check-out:
After 3pm on arrival day, before 11am on departure day. If you expect to arrive after 6pm, please notify us in advance. If you require a later check-out, please inquire about possibilities at the reception desk. For late check-outs prior to 3pm we charge 50% of the daily room rate, while you will be billed 100% of the daily rate after 3pm.

Additional Information:
A 3rd adult in a room with two full-paying guests receives a 20% discount. Surcharge for single occupancy of a double room or suite: 50%. Short-stay surcharge for stays up to 3 nights: Euro 10 per person and day.  Discount for room with breakfast only: Euro 10 per person and day. Room Service: Euro 4.

Deposits: We will be glad to guarantee your room upon receipt of a deposit amounting to Euro 300 per room. Please transfer the deposit to our bank account:

You have the following options for payment of your hotel bill: Visa, MasterCard, EC-Card, cash or bank transfer in advance (net hotel ).  Please be aware that, though it is possible to book a certain room category, specific rooms or floors cannot be reserved. We are unable to reimburse you for any meals you do not consume. We are not liable for any accidents for which you are to blame, damage caused in the parking garage, damage or loss of personal property.

Clothing: Come however you feel comfortable. Though of course, your clothes could add even more beauty to our theme nights.

Cancellations: In general, reservation cancellations are only accepted in writing. Prior to 3 months before arrival, there are no cancellation penalties. Less than 3 months prior to arrival, we charge you for 3 days. Less than 1 month prior to arrival, or in the event of premature departure, we will be obliged to charge you for 70% of the reserved stay.

Cancellation Insurance: Hotel Cancellation Plus: You do have the option to take out holiday cancellation insurance. All cancellation costs in the event of accidents, illness or death of the insuree, the children, siblings, parents or grandparents, are covered.  Your booking (lodging contract) is handled in accordance with the Austrian Hotel Association Contracting Conditions dating from 23 Sept. 1981.

Special Service: Ski passes valid for up to 7 days are available at the hotel reception. One of the great advantages the Alpenhof is able to offer: the lifts up to the slopes of the Ski  amadé are right by our hotel!

Ski School: Close to our hotel you will also find the Balla ski school. It offers snowboarding, carving and children's ski instruction.

Seminars in the Mountains:
The relaxed, quiet atmosphere of our ****hotel is an ideal setting in which to host successful seminars, meetings and workshops. Zauchensee is home to several state-of-the-art seminar facilities for 20 to 500 people.

Gift Certificates: The special gift idea for loved-ones, your family, friends and business partners. Give the gift of a little piece of happiness. Each gift certificate is custom-tailored to your individual wishes.

Your Recommendation is Rewarded !
Every recommendation which leads to a booking is rewarded by a Wellness Bonus valued at Euro 25, which you can then redeem, during your next stay at the Alpenhof.

No-Smoking Rooms: All of our rooms are no-smoking.

Table Requests: When you make your reservations, please let us know whether you prefer a table in our restaurant's smoking or no-smoking area .
